Relationships, Sex and Design The human design system is a blueprint of your genetic code. With human design analysis your genetic code can be deciphered in detail. This system is a science that is discovered and based on logic, And logic is based on repetition of patterns, Something to experience and not a belief system. At the moment of birth we are imprinted with a genetic blueprint that is a unique expression of ourselves, And not like anything else. This understanding can be quite liberating and something within us can surrender deeply, And allows our true inner essence to be revealed. It's never too late to start living the life that is here for you. It really is that simple. Type (Aura) is the most important aspect of human design, And is derived from the definition in the body graph. Knowing your type allows you to begin the process of knowing yourself, And be aware of your unique strategy in life at every level, relationship, career, sexual and beyond. This strategy is not a philosophy, But behavior based on your design. It is the awareness of how our being works on the genetic level. To live our strategy is to live a life of peace and balance to bring fulfillment, Within our relationships and all areas of our lives, And therefore the elimination of resistance to our true nature. There are four basic types and one sub-type. Learning your relationship and sexual strategy through type, Is another look at human design analysis. What kind are you? Did you know that you have a different sexual strategy from others? Unique signature if you will that gives you a reliable certification, For entering into healthy intimate relationships. Type (Aura - Halo) is just one of the many formulas in design, To determine your sexual strategy, Profile is another one that will be explored as well. Manifestors: The manifesto is quite rare and encompasses only 8% of the world population. These are people who always have access to energy, They are the only real type of energy they can do whatever they want. They are able to do what they want. You're mine. I'm taking you. the end of the story! They are basically independent and only need to inform or announce their interest, In someone who will really get into a relationship in a healthy way. Most of us feel whole in their presence, Because their design brings us access to energy, That we can not access it independently. There are often those who wait for manifestos to announce their interest in them, The manifesto is often under pressure for this reason. When a manifest informs someone that it is interested, This is when their relationships work. It's so simple for a manifesto. Without announcing that they will meet resistance, and the relationship risks deteriorating. This is where anger comes in for the manifesto, No one told them it was that simple - just let them know first before you take them. Generators and Manifesting Generator: Generators and manifesting generator are expressed as subtype, Are some of the most powerful types of designs, And the most common representing 70% of the population. The generator has a huge amount of energy, and power without direct access to its expression. Generator's strategy is to respond spontaneously from their advice from the source of pure life force. Only in this way can they know who and what is for them in relationships, sex and life in general. Success comes for a generator when they are asked, and they can respond. If they initiate or pursue the relationship, They will lose the opportunity of response to their advice, And they will not have the clarity of knowing who or what intimacy is right for them. You see the reaction that is clean for the big truth of the generator type. If a generator says "I love you" it can not be true, But if you ask a generator if they love you, And they respond with a scarlet buzz of ah-ha or yes, that's something you can really believe. The use of sounds or words depends on the version of Generator you are. Once a generator responds they can enter the experience with confidence that it is the right intimacy and so on. Relationships and sex take time to be perfect for generators - they start slowly, And they have fulfillment, success or control over time. The practice is indeed perfect! Generator (male or female) never knows if they have the right intimacy, When they initiated or pursued the relationship. It is impossible to resist a generator that knows the beauty and power of their wait. The response of the advice is a beautiful temptation that resonates with pure life force energy. ​ Projectors: Projectors are what we call the non-energy types. Projectors are one of the most important types as they are here, To identify who has the energy to do things in this life, And manage it, but they are not here to do it themselves, They are the great representatives in life, and potential masters of energy representing 21% of the world population. Projectors are waiting for invitations for intimacy and sex. They can come true in a relationship only when they are invited and officially identified for the experience. Projectors always make the order, Until they learn that they are the ones who have to wait for an order. Once invited to the intimacy they are in, And can experience fulfillment and love and act with the energy that recognized them. When they jump in and initiate, They risk squeezing their energies and resisting this intimacy. The result is that they become bitter about it, Who were never really recognized as they are. Remember as a non-energy type once in a relationship, They do not have the energy to leave until they are invited to leave. Now this is something to think about, before you get any order. Success in intimacy and sexual fulfillment comes, When they are recognized by the right forces and invited, In fact this recognition can fuel them for life. A great mantra for all types is to let your aura speak. Reflectors: It is easy to determine on reflectors when looking at a diagram, Since they do not actually have a definition, And all their centers are white. Statistically they are 1% of the population. The other designs are all solar types, Which get a general imprint from the sun. A reflector is the only lunar type that reflects exclusively the moonlight on Earth. They are moon beings and reliable decision-making in intimacy, Controlled by the 28-day cycle of the moon. Therefore taking their time before entering into intimacy, It is of paramount importance to their well-being and success. They operate at a different frequency than all of us. They are usually very intelligent people, As they take the unique geometry of life through their open design. There is nothing permanent within them to limit their life experience. It is in that 28 day cycle of the moon that a reflector can really find out what sexual experience or relationship is for them. Because the moon is the only constant in their lives, Their strategy is to wait for this circle before making important decisions. It takes courage, has a reflector as a lover, And it's a little narcissistic since what you get back is actually yourself! A reflector is very compatible with a manifesto since the power of the consistently expressed aura helps them digest and feel safe. They are usually connected to their relationships much deeper than others, And once they have you in a relationship they rarely volunteer to let you go. Profiles are the lines of the hexagrams of the I Ching. We all have them in our charts in the sun of personality and in the sun of design, And they affect our issues at the entrance to sexuality, and our relationships. Personality profile. Emotional definition in design is when the solar plexus (right triangle), There is color and it is considered as an Emotional Authority. It adds a whole new dimension to everyone's strategy. As an emotional creature it takes longer to be clear about the willingness of entering into all intimate experiences. Emotions are the juiciest part of anyone's design - they are passionate, hot and sexy. I like to think of emotions as a place of potentially great sex. Emotional people always go up and down in what we call the emotional wave, For this reason there is no truth in the present, clarity takes time. All potential lovers will be attracted to you when you are up in your feelings, But who can still accept you when you're down? This is the ultimate certification. The emotional system requires you to wait and respect its wave. Once in a clear emotional place that can be identified over time, You can count on finding the right intimacy for you. The genes are always attracted to what we are not - the weak are looking for the strong, And the strong seek out the weak. Attraction for us is controlled by our genes below the surface. You thought it was her smile or his eyes, And that was really their genetic material.

Receptive Awareness When we're looking at tonal architecture there, is a great divide that runs through the center. Everything over here is Left and everything over here is Right. What it represents is a receptivity that is really profound. This is receptive awareness. It is receptive awareness that is there to take in and to take in deeply, but to take in beyond the limitation of the mind, to take in what the mind cannot take in. The same way that the Spleen takes in what the mind cannot take in. But this is our evolutionary progression; it goes like this. And we’re about to experience the final stage. of this maturation, of this evolutionary mechanism. ​ Ra Uru Hu.

Evolution of a New Species of Mankind Surviving is the deepest preventive energy within us. It is asexual, potentially violent, completely existential, and really does not care about the other. No, it's not detailed. This is not a logical detail, to affect everyone, Take out all those little bits of information, Give us all this expansion of science and medicine and all that stuff. The story is over. Gate 34 is part of the integration. Integration is what we started with as a survival mechanism and we go straight back to that, Personal survival. For 18 years I have been teaching people that the only, only thing, is to have your authority, Because if you are not your authority, You do not experience the purpose and uniqueness of your embodiment, But it's more than that, It's a preparation for a time when if you can not have your authority, No one is going to have that authority for you. We live in an age where everyone wants to be an authority for everyone, You know, all the old men on you, the sheep, and I the wolf. And here we go, and it's an old mechanism, You know how the teacher and the student, And this and that and the master and the student and blah blah blah blah it comes to an end. I mean, I know that from my role this is the end of this movie, So it should be a boring trip. Once you can turn surrender into a mechanical process, And this is what human design offers, You do not need teachers in this sense. You just need someone to kindly let you know, And that personal and individual authority is the only thing that will protect us in the future, We, I'm not talking about Rave children working in Pentas. We're going to be ourselves like the authorities, Does not mean we are going to be alone, But all the tribal, collective imprinting, goes away and it fades, Every day it fades. The 16th goal and his connection to the 15th. Now think about the 15th gate. The fifteenth gate is part of this logical process. It is universal to all life forms. It's the rhythm of life and more than that on the mystical level, This is where we have the potential of loving humanity. And the sixteenth gate is a gate of skills, abilities, And so the whole process in these four hundred years, Was developing skills for the benefit of mankind, And we have a huge amount of skills developed. I mean when I think about how fast it is, and how 1960 really is a marker, right. I remember when I was a kid you first had a doctor, And the doctor came to your house, I mean, and your doctor was a doctor. I mean if you have a bad toe, If you had a bad year, You know it was your doctor, And the doctor who came to your house did not tell you, I can not worry you, Need an expert here or here or here or here or here. Years within years, it all changed suddenly, They did not come to your house suddenly, There was not one type of doctor, But there were many types of doctors, And it started to expand all the time, You know you have great toe doctors, And small toe doctors, And everything in between, just kept layers, All these different skills. Companionship And finally we have companionship. I have a wonderful companionship story for you. Seems like seasons ago. I think it was 20 years ago. Not quite, it was in 1994. I was giving an analyst training here in Ibiza where I live. I had three students. There were two of them that knew the third person but those two never knew each other. Yet, as I got to meet them and got to go through their designs, the first thing that I noticed was that these two women had the same basic design i.e. at the surface level. They had the same birthday, they were born about 6 hours apart. There were some minor things that were different on the surface but basically they were quite similar in the way they were made up. The other thing is that they had both been sanyasins with Osho and they had both been to India at the same time and they had both been at the same ashram at the same time and never met each other. Anyway, there were all these coincidences and there they were, the two of them in this class on either side of this person they knew mutually and this was a classic example of companionship in the extreme. It is something that is really interesting about what happens with companionship. You go to a gathering, you know, friends are gathering or there’s an event that’s taking place and you go in there. Now those beings who have a similar design to you, they are not going to be of interest to you. Why aren’t they going to be of interest to you? Because genetically they don’t make sense. The genes don’t like companionship. The genes don’t like sameness. They don’t. The genes do everything in their power to move us away from sameness which, by the way, can be deeply deeply comforting and relaxing. They move us away from sameness and only gear us towards what we are not. You know, only gear us towards all of the attraction out there for our receptors. So companionship is something that is quite different and you don’t see necessarily, at least in my experience, you don’t see a lot of companionship in relationships. But when it’s there, what you are looking at, and of course this is very simple – you both have the same channel – is that you have something deeply in common. I mean, deeply in common in your wiring. That is something that can be the safe place in a storm for the two of you in your relationship. That is what companionship brings. It brings, you know, it’s like that comfortable sofa. It brings all of the possibilities of feeling secure and not being surprised by things and having things fundamentally stable. All of this is something that is the byproduct of companionship. The other side of companionship is boredom. Because it’s the other part of it. That is, no matter how stable the companionship, the stability companionship brings to a relationship, it still presents dilemmas in terms of it’s not stimulating. It’s just not. And again, this is a mechanical thing. It’s about understanding that if you are going to be in a relationship that is strong companionship, that you have to expect that it’s not going to be an incredibly stimulating relationship. But then again, that is not what it is for. Remember, relationships are built on combinations of these things. A little bit of this and a little bit of that. You know, a compromise here, some companionship there, some dominance over there. There are all these combinations that are going to arise in your bonds with the other. So what do you do with it? Because this is really what it’s all about after all. I mean, you know, you can sit down and go through this material again and you can understand all of these basic mechanical concepts. You can recognize them because, again, Human Design is not a belief system, it’s about taking charts of people you know and look for yourself because you will discover so much about what is there in those bonds, just from the simplest level. You know, to be able to see the kind of mechanisms that are there so that you can let go. I’m not somebody who really enjoys being in the repair job, that job of providing a solution for problems in mechanics because it’s a terrible thing to try to do that. Because without awareness there is not much you can do. In order to really have relationships that are correct for you, you’ve got to enter into them correctly or confirm that they are correct for you in a way that is according to your Strategy and Authority. Otherwise there’s no point in putting your energy into difunctional relationships. There isn’t. I mean, yes, you know I understand the world and I understand all of these different kinds of bonds and the traps that they bring. I know the responsibilities, the sentimentalities, all the various things that add up to the complexity of not-self relationships and how they manage to survive with all their discomfort. As I said from the beginning, I am not here to teach about relationships. That’s not what Human Design is for. It’s very valuable as a tool to understand them, there’s no question about that. It’s obviously part of the knowledge base that’s developed out of Human Design because whenever we can be aware about our bonds, our connections to the other, this empowers our awareness. But you have to realize, this is about YOU making the right decisions in your life, not YOU trying to fix things that cannot be fixed. It’s about YOU making the right decisions in your life. This is what it’s about. This is the great experiment of Human Design. This is what makes this thing different – is that it works and you can find that out for yourself. When you look at relationships, don’t get caught in the Maia fantasy personality business. Hold off for a second. Strip it down to just its mechanics and see something. If you were truly here to be in a relationship – then BE in the relationship. Allow it to be what it is. Be its witness as much as you are a part of it. Because there’s nothing to fix or change. There’s only the experience of connecting in a certain way to the other. If you enter into that correctly it’s a really enriching experience. It’s profound. Then we get to see the beauty in the other because we are not trying to make the other something that the other is not. That we are not refusing to see who is there. That we’re always struggling for our control. See, forever the 7-centered being dreamed of being surrendered. For us, it is something that is natural. It’s Strategy and Authority. This is what surrender is. It is the mind surrendering control over your life. That’s what it is. The moment that you let go of your mind running your life, it doesn’t matter what any of these things are. It doesn’t matter if you connect this way or that way or the other way. You live as yourself, you enter into the relationship as yourself and you experience it as yourself. Then you are there, no matter WHAT the relationship is. You see, we have to get to that place where we accept that life is blameless. No fault. No victims. No dependencies. Just simply being correct as oneself. You know, I teach self-love. That’s my Valentine’s Day message. When you can love yourself which means that you accept YOUR design and the way it functions in the world, then you are ready to love anyone and anything. You know, you can just let them be. And when you are correct, you get the correct experience for your process. You do. So yes, you can look at all these mechanisms. Remember that Human Design is a vast and deep science now. There’s a tremendous amount of knowledge in this but this is not the point of Human Design. It is what’s there to substantiate it in the now and into the future. The point is living it. LIVE IT. Live the experiment. As you live the experiment you will begin to discern. It is this discernment that’s everything. Because you can see these mechanisms you can understand that every relationship is a constraint. Either a constraint that you embrace and surrender to or you are going to be uncomfortable. Like most people. In the complexities of their relationships as Not-self. Well, I hope that you enjoyed all that and that it is of value to you. It’s my Valentine’s Day gift. Human Design is a gift. It was a gift to me. A great treasure. It is an extraordinary thing for human beings that are ready. It isn’t for everyone. It’ll never be for everyone. It’s for those that are ready. That readiness is a serendipity. It’s a door opening slightly. It’s that moment of the possibility of being able truly to go a different way. It’s time to go a different way. It’s time to go the way of ourselves, what we are as beings, 9-centered beings. That we are here to be efficient survivors – deeply cognitive and aware and capable of a deep communion with our fellows. It’s what it’s all about. All of this comes from within each of you, each of us, one by one, individually, to live the beauty of your Strategy and Authority – is to differentiate. It’s to go to that place where nobody else can go, to follow the journey that is truly your journey, your path, your way. To be the passenger of the truths that are discovered along the way and the communion that follows. We are here to have special lives. We are here to be masters of the Maia, not bonds. We are here to navigate with ease, to sail these neutrino seas and to sail them in delight, in wonder. I love being here on this plane in this form now. Wow! Such a place to be! When all the secrets are laid open at your feet and all you have to do is be ready. There has never been a time like this. There has never been knowledge like this, ever. You see, all it takes is the readiness to take that journey, to disconnect from the madness of the not-self world and its not-self purposes, to rediscover the dignity of what it is to be you. It’s a wonderful thing to love yourself. It truly is magic. I wish it for all of you on this Valentine’s Day. Ra Uru Hu.

​Right-ness and the Solar Plexus My real concern in terms of Solar Plexus evolution, is the education necessary to go along with it. At the deeper levels of the knowledge in Human Design, we work with what it means to carry Right-ness in your life, what it means to be Right-minded or Right brained, or to have a Right environment or a Right perspective. And to recognize what a gift that can be, to be relaxed with it, to learn to accept it for what it is and not to put Left oriented, labels on what Right-ness is, because Right-ness is not a problem. It is depth itself. It is the great receptivity. What it’s waiting for is that it’s waiting for the Solar Plexus. Right now there is only one awareness aspect, that is connected to Right-ness, where Right-ness can actually be experienced, and it’s at the mental plane, because the mental plane is really divided into two. That is, it’s divided into its traditional strategic Left-ness, and on the other side its receptive Right-ness. And it's here that in the first stage of the development of Right-ness, because the mutation actually took place here in the Ajna Center, that it is this first stage in the Right-ness that, is connected to the mental so we can talk about it. I can talk to those beings, that carry Right-ness and explain it to them, because there is a right aspect to our thinking, that allows this to be grasped. But in order for the deepest levels of Right-ness to be expressed, we’re waiting for this. We’re waiting for the tools. And oh boy, are we getting close, around 17 years from now; very close. Most of us, hopefully, will get to see that. I hope I’m around to see that, just to see the turning of the wheel. It’s not like I expect everything to happen in a moment, to get beyond that point, to be able to see the beginnings of these, beings coming into the world, to be able to see clearly. As a deeply unemotional being, it is so obvious to me that I can feel it. I do, I can feel it. ​ Ra Uru Hu.

The Wave Motion The Wave Motion: And when I say its emotionality, what I’m really referring to is its wave context. The thing that makes the emotional motor so powerful is its wave motion. That wave motion, by the way, is something that originates in the 6th gate. That is,the various waves that are there, the crash wave of the abstract process, the planing wave of the individual process, the ratcheting wave of tribal process, they’re all rooted in the 6th gate. That’s where they come from. What we’re dealing with is that the Solar Plexus system is made up of various components, the gates as we refer to them. But each of these gates has a different relationship to the layers that are there in the Solar Plexus. We have a surface layer of the Solar Plexus that is really just about the motor. In other words, it’s the basic motor function, one of our four motors that are here in Human Design, that the wave is the motor function itself; nothing more, nothing less. This is the motor. And of course, it’s the motor that’s so distorting. And because human beings give reasons to chemistry, that motor that operates in the wave leads to the way in which human beings, are going to project on the way in which they look at the world, depending on where they are in their particular wave, give a reason to it, get attached to it and then go the way that most emotional beings go. They go the path of suffering, the suffering that even when they're going up they realize, based on experience, that they will have to go down and slowly but surely even the going up loses its magic; the motor becomes something that is so deeply, potentially deeply distorting in the life. Projector Transformation by Ra Uru Hu Ra Uru Hu on Projector Transformation: Part II Most of you know that several years ago, I started a number of long-term training programs. One of them was Rave Psychology. It was always my goal to be able to do analysis, of the passenger and to be able to analyze, the passenger at a level far beneath the level of the line, to really understand the underlying themes. In preparation for all of that, I wanted to have the practical experience of what it’s like, to be able to give somebody that kind of analysis. So I began to offer Personality Color Transference readings. Something very interesting about it to begin, with is that 90% of the people who were requesting this Analysis service were Projectors. It was so clear to me from the moment that I actually got into it, from the moment that I actually started to do, the analysis that what was emerging was something that was really spectacular. It was a practical tool that could enormously benefit the lives of Projectors. It’s such an interesting thing about the way in which, things happen that was not my goal. My goal was simply to give a deeper analysis, so that people could begin to grasp their underlying motivations. Suddenly it was so deeply obvious to me what kind of a key this could be. When I want to look deeply into somebody’s Design, there are really only two things that I look at. I look at the Sun/Earth and I look at the Nodes. It’s the bedrock of my kind of overview, because when I look at that I really see the story. Obviously, when you’re dealing with the Sun/Earth you’re dealing with the cross, you’re dealing with profile. But for me, when I look at the Sun/Earth what I look at is most of what we are. The vast majority of our programming, 70% of the neutrinos that we receive we receive from the Sun. It is this Sun/Earth polarity that defines our being. Seeing and Being: There are two aspects—there are always two aspects, I am a dualist, this is dualistic knowledge— there is being and there is seeing. The being is there in the Sun/Earth polarity. The seeing is in the Nodal polarity. When I first began teaching Design I referred to it as the Cross of Life. That is, the Sun above and the Earth below, and this movement, this vision and this seeing that is there in the Nodes. In order to be able to do an analysis at that depth, you have to go beneath the level of the line. Every line can be subdivided by what is called Colors. There are six of them: Fear is the 1st Color; Hope is the 2nd Color; Desire is the 3rd Color; Need is the 4th Color; Guilt is the 5th Color; and the 6th Color is called Innocence. Now these are major keynotes. But these six divisions beneath the line are very important. First of all, it’s important to grasp that they are beneath the line. And the line represents the limitation of the access that we have consciously. So, we are not aware of what is going on beneath the line, but we certainly are impacted by what goes on beneath the line. Colors: Motivation This place beneath the line, these Colors are about motivation. When I speak of them, I’m only speaking of the Personality. In other words, I’m not talking about, if you look at your design, the left-hand side information, the Design information, which has to do with your vehicle. I’m looking at the right-hand side information—who you think you are, what you have conscious access to. This is where you have conscious access to what you think of as being. Here is where you have conscious access to the way in which you see. 1st Color: Fear But underneath the line therein lies these motivations. Let’s think about being. If being is driven by fear one immediately has a sort of sense of that. This is the foundation, this fear, to be driven by fear. And fear is the root of intelligence. To be driven by fear to ultimately become intelligent. It’s a motivation. 2nd Color: Hope If you have the 2nd Color under the line you have hope. How different it is when being is driven by hope than by fear. It’s very different. As different as hope is to desire and desire is to need, and need is to guilt and guilt to innocence. It’s like when you look at somebody’s chart and you see, they have the same gate and line as you, you can’t say, “Hey, we’ve got the same thing.” How different it will come out. I can remember in the mid-90’s I was in Berlin. I was on tour and I had had reading booked of a young couple, who had twins about a year old, and they wanted an analysis of their difference. Of course, they had very good time. These identical twins had different Color. The moment you have different Color you have enormous difference. It was very easy for me to describe even as infants, the difference between the two of them. This motivation underneath is very, very powerful. There is an enormous dilemma to it. Not only do we have this underlying motivation in terms of our being, but we also have this underlying motivation in terms of our seeing, the North Node and the South Node. Think about it. There are 32 possible polarities in the wheel. There are 32 possible ways to see. If everyone is looking at the same thing yet, we all had different Nodes we are all going to see it differently. We’re going to see it through the different Nodes. But more than that, even if we had the same Nodes, we would still see it differently if we had different Color. If I’m looking through the eyes of fear, I see differently than someone who looks through the eyes of hope. So, Color is something deeply, deeply significant. Time Span for Color is Four Hours: Any of you who have MMI, the Jovian Human Design software you can always, get the data for your Color. One thing to keep in mind about looking at Color is that, the time span it takes is about four hours. Basically you have the six Colors operating, every day for about four hours each, approximately. So that means that if you have relatively good time, and you’re not too close to the cusp that leads from one Color to the other, the chances are then you’re going to have accurate Color. But this always goes back to the importance of making sure, that people have good time. Transference: So, we have these underlying motivations that are there. Underlying motivations that govern the way we see, and underlying motivations that govern the way we are. But then there is a dilemma, and it’s an extraordinary dilemma. The dilemma is about the nature of Color. Color never stays still; it doesn’t fix. It’s always looking for transference. Now, Color will fix momentarily. Whenever you operate correctly in any situation, the initiation of that experience will bring you to your right motivation. But the moment you enter into anything beyond that point that Color is immediately beginning to move away. And where does it go? When you look at the way in which a hexagram is structured—lower trigram, upper trigram—the 1st line and the 4th line, through their relationship has a special relationship to each other. It’s called a harmony. That is, the 1 to the 4, the 2 to the 5 and the 3 to the 6. Because Color has a direct connection with line, in PHS these are referred to as chains, it follows the same patterns of harmony and resonance. So that Color not only affects itself through harmony and resonance, but it also impacts the line and the line can impact the Color. Think about what it really means to have transference and what an ordeal it is. You come into the world and you have a 2nd Color. That means that you’ve come into the world to be motivated by hope. Let’s say it’s about your being. You’re here to be a hopeful being. It’s what is there to guide you and push you. But the moment that you look at the transference of the 2, the transference automatically moves to the 5. It just jumps. The moment it goes over to the 5, it goes over to guilt; guilt and blame and many other things. So, instead of being somebody who is hopeful, you’re somebody who is guilty. Instead of being somebody who is full of vision and belief, you’re somebody that sees, that everything is whether you are conditioned, or whether you are conditioning. It’s very different. You have a totally different being. Projectors and Color Motivation/Transference: So, what is this all about, this tool for Projectors? I begin with the assumption that you’re experimenting with your design. If you’re experimenting with your design, then it means that you have an opportunity, to be able to just use this information effectively. What does it do? Let’s say that you’re this person who is supposed to be hopeful. Everything about being a Projector is about who comes into your aura. And remember that it is your aura, that is so very good at penetration. The moment that you meet somebody, there’s something very simple to grasp. If your relationship with them keeps you, in your hopefulness everything is just fine. But if these are beings that drag you into the guilt, that drag you over to the 5th Color, they’re not for you. It’s very simple, and it’s very important. You’re going to have beings in your life and they’re going, to move you away from what is your true motivation. It is a form of conditioning that is really, really devastating. After all, if you come into this world to be full of hope, you’re here to be full of hope, you’re here to be driven by that hopefulness. In that hopefulness is great talent, there is a gift in that hopefulness. But the gift never gets unwrapped because the life is constantly, pulling it over to the other side. And as a Projector you cannot do all these things alone, you have to be in the world, there has to be people in your life, it’s essential; but not ones who pull you away from what is here to really move you. It’s just a matter of discernment. Think about the same configuration and we’re talking about the Nodes. Now, the Nodes are the way we see. In other words, it’s our slice; it’s our aspect of the whole that we can see, that’s what they represent. They’re very important. We’re here to see the world the way we were intended to. Only then do we have any possibility of being able to fulfill our purpose. If you’re not looking at the world, the way you were intended to you cannot possibly fulfill your purpose. And how you look at the world, this is what your Nodes are speaking, is driven by this underlying motivation that is constantly transferring. Example: The 21st Gate with Motivation of Hope. Let’s say that you have the Node in the 21st gate, Biting Through, the gate of needing to be in control, the gate of the hunter and the huntress. Let’s say that that Nodal gate of yours, the Color under the line is hopefulness. So you’re here to see the control mechanisms in the world. You’re here to see how others are controlled, and not necessarily in any negative sense whatsoever because you’re here to see the hopefulness in all of that, that there is somebody that can run the ship. But you won’t see it that way. You’ll see it through the transference of the Color; you’ll see it through the guilt. You’ll see it through the conditioned and the conditioner. You won’t see the hopefulness. And it’s a kind of blindness, it really is. But it’s more than that. It’s a calling card for you, for you to see in them—those, the others, how clear it is, how easy it is for you. You wait, when you look, and it’s a very simple thing to do, it really is, it’s a simple thing to do. You don’t even have to get sophisticated about gates or anything else. All you need to do on the surface, and I’m only talking about the surface, look at your Personality Sun/Earth and see what Color it is, and see what the transference is. And look at your Nodes and see, what the Color is and see what the transference is. Then watch it in the people around you; watch what happens. Being with the Correct Beings is Everything for the Proje ctor : You’re going to be able to divide them up very quickly, you really will. It’s just the way that it works. And everything about being a Projector is that, their mastery of the system is their mastery of their human environment. To be with the right beings is everything. And yet your strategy doesn’t help you. I know it doesn’t. Your strategy is there; the invitation is there for things that are generic. But you have to live out all the nuances in between, riding the impact of the conditioning of others to your open centers, to your lack of consistent generating and manifesting. It’s so easy to be overwhelmed both positively and negatively. But what it really does is that it can blind you, to what their impact is on you and your life. While you’re taking in all that conditioning as a Projector it’s very, very difficult to separate yourself. But here you have a key.

The 49th Gate: The Ratchet Wave Now here, here is the real story. The 49th gate is the gate of Revolution. I like to call it Abraham’s gate, because it’s the gate of the butcher. It’s the gate of the sacrificed and the sacrificer. It is the gate of principles. It’s the gate of the fear of God. It is the gate that is the doorway to acceptance into the tribe. The 49th gate carries an enormous influence in our lives, because we have been dominated now for 400 years, by the global cycle of the Cross of Planning, and the channel 40/37 at its core. And that channel 40/37, this channel of community, the rest of that, this tribal stream begins in the 19, that pressure of need that flows from the 49 through to the 37/40, this tribal stream. And because we're living in this era this has great power. It is also the controller of our resources, as we found out when Neptune in its transit of the 49 brought, such disarray to the world financial system, still is having its impact on the world financial system. Solar Plexus Awareness Solar Plexus Awareness: And what we know in Human Design is that there is no truth in the now. That is, no truth in the now for the emotional being. So, the motor function is very powerful. It takes away the existential potential for truth. There are many things that it gets in the way of, though there’s something else that’s going on. Beneath the level of the motor function there is something really profound at work within the Solar Plexus, what modern science has now been discovering for the last 10 years; that is, the density of neural activity that is in our Solar Plexus, a level of neural activity that, by the way, far exceeds the neural activity we find in our brain system. Most of that is simply not understood. That is, not understood allopathically why that’s there. Scientists are just in awe that they’re finding all of this beneath the surface. And what we know is there is that the Solar Plexus Center, like its symmetrical components, is one of the awareness centers; in fact, it is here to complete the process. Now we get to see this at the substructure level in Human Design. That when we get down to the tonal level and Tone represents our cognitive architecture, that Tone is rooted in these three cognitive binaries. And these three cognitive binaries, the splenic system, our original awareness system, the Ajna Center in its relationship with the Head Center, what we call the mental plane and mental awareness or its potential, and here the potential for Solar Plexus awareness. And Solar Plexus awareness is basically what is understood in Variable work as Right awareness. In other words, it’s very different; it's very different from the way in which cognition operates from the mental plane, and again even more different than the way in which cognition operates at the splenic level. It is one of the things that you understand if you’re a splenic person and you realize that the awareness that your Spleen comes to in the moment is not translatable to the mind. It isn’t. In the sense that the mind is not in any way capable of understanding, other than through theoretical postulations, why the Spleen is saying yes or no to anything. It is an awareness that operates within its own specific parameters. The same thing is true for the mind. And the same thing is going to be true here, because what we're dealing with in terms of Solar Plexus awareness is that we’re not dealing with the mental way in which we have achieved cognition. The mind is a measuring machine and the way in which that measurement, is something that we can selfreflectively look at coming out of the Solar Plexus system, is an awareness that is much more sensitive. It is an awareness that is rooted in being able to cognitively interpret the environment in a very different way — interpret the auric field, interpret the electromagnetic field, and being able to interpret things through the tactile. There are all kinds of levels in which information is going to be garnered from Solar Plexus awareness that is not going to be understood. That is, in the spontaneous sense, the mind will have no more access to what the emotional awareness is picking up than it does to what the Spleen is. It will not. As a matter of fact, if we’re living in a world that’s homogenized and everybody is stuck up here and living their life through their minds, and directing their lives through their minds, there isn’t going to be any access to that at all, anymore than—it’s the old joke about the not-self who is splenic, you visit them in the hospital and the first thing they say, “Oh, I just knew it.” So, we’re going to be living with a real change in the way in which information is being taken in. Again, those beings who are going to be so sensitive at this level, if they’re not prepared for this, if they don't understand the way in which this works, that it’s going to present as many problems as it’s going to present possible benefits, to those that are going to be so endowed. ​ Ra Uru Hu.

A Break between the 19 and the 49 But it’s very different here in this relationship, because in the relationship between the 19 and 49 it is the 49 that carries the wave function. It is, after all, the emotional gate. It is the ratcheting gate. But the thing to be clear about, what we get to see in the 55 is that what's happening is that this wave is being taken away. The 49 is no longer going to be, post-2027, those born with it, no longer connected to the motor function. And the result of that is that this pressure out of the 19, this pressure and this lack of a wave leads to a break here. When I say a break, think of it this way, that you've got two points at either end of the channel and they’re firing, like neurons firing in the brain, they’re firing. And they’re firing at each other and there is a way for them in firing to each other, to reach each other. But it’s rooted in the firing. The 49 is going to stop firing, it’s just not going to be there; period, over. So in essence, those children born post-2027, like you and me, nine-centered humans, there is going to be a breakdown in the communication, between the 19th and the 49th gate and, that changes everything. It changes the 37/40. It changes it all. It takes away all the driving forces that are there in the 19. No longer will the 19 be able to apply that pressure on the 49th gate. That the principles of the 49th gate are not going to be, conditioned by pressure or by wave function, but the principles are going to be conditioned by awareness. It’s going to be an awareness gate; it’s no longer going to be a motor gate, and it’s not going to be determined by the needs of the tribe at all. It is simply going to be concerned with being able to filter, the experiential world and to be able to recognize correct principles, through awareness that penetrates at a level, that’s totally different from the Ajna and the Spleen. Now obviously, in a lecture like this, I can't go into all the details of how right awareness operates, but it is something to understand that this is a cognitive potential that is only now really beginning to be grasped. Only now are those beings, who have the opportunity, through Human Design to find out, about their Left-ness, their Right-ness, to be able to accept and finally be at ease, with the way in which their cognitive process works. ​ Ra Uru Hu.

Planetary Conditioning (Edinburgh, 20th February 2003) In January of 1987 I had the experience, that would reveal to me the basics of Human Design. And aside from the fact that it was a rather bizarre experience, and a rather painful one as well as one that, was obviously fascinating. When you come out of such an experience, and it was very intensive, it lasted eight days, I didn’t eat, I didn’t drink, I was in a very peculiar state – my first response was depression. I was living wild and I didn’t have anything. I hadn’t seen money in my hand in nearly four years, hadn’t talked to a human being in over two years, and I was sitting under a fig tree and I was thinking about the madness of what I had just experienced. And I have a black sense of humor and I had this funny feeling. that this was not something that I was ever going to tell anyone about. The idea that I would stand up – as I have done for 15 years, and gone through the process of saying to people “A Voice told me how everything works...”, that is a perfect state of madness. What disturbed me was that it seemed logical. After all, I was simply shown the matrix. I was shown the configuration. I can remember the experience of drawing, the Bodygraph for the first time and putting, the numbers in place and all of these things, under instruction was very bizarre. The nature of that Bodygraph and thinking about it, I thought, well, I didn’t have anything else to do. I might as well take a look and see myself. And that was quite a process for me. The “ruina” where I had the experience, the man who lived there was an English poet. And he dabbled in all kinds of things. He had been a personal assistant to Krishnamurti for many years. He was fluent in Sanskrit. Very strange man. And he had many books in his ruina and some of the books were astrological. And I knew very little about astrology. It was only a few years before that I found out that I was an Aries; I had no idea about any of it. And so I went through this laborious process - and it was inaccurate, by the way - of trying to figure out what my design was; it wasn’t like there was a computer program and all that stuff. And I was not familiar with all that. When I finally got to see my design, I kept on thinking about how static it was; it was just this fixed blueprint. And I had yet to have the time and experience to be able, to recognize what that blueprint was saying to me; I had no idea what it was really saying to me. I had a very rudimentary understanding of what I was looking at. And the only thing I could think of was well I'm really going to, understand how this works unless I could see this thing in motion. How does this very static, 2-dimensional graphic become alive? And it was obvious to me that if all of this, in fact, was based on programming that we receive from planetary objects – and I was told in my experience that function through the agency of neutrinos with mass, which science would ultimately. prove was correct – then the only way that I could see my life was in the flow. To see my life in time, as it moved moment by moment. And by being able to grasp that, or chart that, to be able to find out whether any of this was anything more, than sheer madness. You cannot have an experience like that, and assume that it’s correct or true. It’s madness, after all. I was as crazy as they come. People were terrified of me. I was really wild. I had no idea at that point whether any of this was anything more, than some kind of mad, brain breakdown of some kind. Some weird form of schizophrenia or whatever. Being smart is a handicap when you have a mystical experience! And being as rational as I am really a problem. when you have a mystical experience, because your brain’s in there saying ‘that was pure. schizophrenia’. Had it not been for the logic of Human Design, I never would have told anybody anything. It would have been my private moment of madness, and I would have gone about my business of staying wild and enjoying it. Because that’s my design. ​ Ra Uru Hu.

The Breakdown of a Cross-Special Connection Now, it’s going to have an impact at many levels. This connection here operates in many ways. This is one of the mammalian connections. Human beings have three different ways in which they can connect to mammals. Mammals do not have a Solar Plexus System. Human beings can have the 49, mammals can have the 19. This is a cross-speciel connection. In the same way that humans can have the 22 and if a mammal has the 12, it’s a crossspeciel connection. The same thing is true for the 62. Humans can have the 17—mammals do not have a neo-cortex—mammals the 62; a cross-speciel connection. We have three of these connections with the mammalian world, but this one is very significant because this is where we domesticate animals. It is our basic bargain with the animals that we control for slaughter. And this is going to break down. That relationship is no longer going to work. We're going to have much more difficulty in being able to control mammal, populations in order to cull them and use them for our food chain. Of course, that’s going to operate at many levels. Not just at the physical level but at psychological level. It’s like seeing the rise of vegetarianism in the advanced world, and all of this is a byproduct of the pressures that have been here in this channel, that have been going on for hundreds of years now. And it’s about to burst in that sense. So, this theme of domestication of animals, one of the things that I postulate because I honestly don’t know, we domesticate animals in many ways, and I think that we’re going to have a lot more, resistance from even our household pets. Our pets generally are on this line here. That is, this is the social channel of individuality. It’s a way to make friends with strangers. This is a place where mammals and humans originally met, this social bond that came across. But these mammals that have basically been bred for slaughter, there is going to be a real problem that arises in that. The problem itself may not necessarily manifest by an Animal Farm scenario, because I doubt that very much, but it certainly may result in diseases impacting our controlled herds, and ultimately those diseases being devastating to our food chain in the sense that, we will no longer be able to take advantage of it.
